The Corn Belt League provides a high-level summer baseball experience with an emphasis on player development and playing time. This summer, the CBL is taking things to the next level partnering with the University of Nebraska-Omaha's Pitching Lab to give our pitchers the opportunity to receive a biomechanics evaluation designed to enhance performance, maximize efficiency, and reduce injury risk. The UNO Pitching Lab will be available to Corn Belt League pitchers throughout the summer, giving players the option to access technology utilized at only a handful of programs across the country.

What is the UNO Pitching Lab?

The UNO Pitching Lab is one of the most advanced biomechanics facilities in the country, using high-speed motion capture cameras, force plates, and clinical assessments to analyze a pitcher’s mechanics in incredible detail. Having access to this level of technology helps players develop customized training plans designed to enhance velocity while prioritizing arm health. The UNO Pitching Lab will be available to Corn Belt League pitchers throughout the summer, giving them access to technology utilized at only a handful of programs across the country.
