As the Corn Belt League gears up for its 10th season of collegiate summer baseball in Omaha, we’re excited to invite local families to participate in a program that has made a lasting impact on both players and the community: our Host Family Program!
This summer, we’re seeking generous families who are interested in hosting college baseball players. These young athletes, aged 18-22, will arrive in Omaha during the last week of May and stay through the end of July, spending 10 weeks in town. Many of them are coming from out of state to compete, develop their skills, and mentor local youth. They’re looking for a "home away from home," and you can make a real difference in their lives by offering them a supportive and welcoming environment.
Our Host Family Program is an essential part of the Corn Belt League and provides college athletes with a safe, stable, and caring living arrangement while they chase their dreams on the baseball field. Many of our host families have created lifelong connections with players, with some even attending weddings and vacationing together long after the summer ends. Not only will you get to experience the excitement of collegiate summer baseball, but you’ll also help these young athletes grow during a crucial time in their lives.
