The Corn Belt League is nearing full capacity for the upcoming season. At this time, position player spots are essentially full and we are officially moving any players who register, as of April 10th, to a waitlist at most positions. We have been intentional about roster sizes to ensure each player receives consistent opportunities and quality playing time throughout the summer.

 

How the waitlist works:

  • Players can still complete the registration form as normal
  • Your card will NOT be charged until you are guaranteed a roster spot and contacted
  • The waitlist operates on a first come, first served basis by position
  • If an opening becomes available, the first eligible player at that position will be contacted and placed on a roster

This process applies to all position players except for pitchers.

TERMS OF CORN BELT SUMMER COLLEGIATE BASEBALL LEAGUE APPLICATION AND PARTICIPATION
This agreement represents the complete understanding between the APPLICANT and MVP4Life. No representations, written or oral, other than those contained within this agreement are authorized by or binding upon MVP4Life.

CORN BELT SUMMER BASEBALL League needs to be completed by May 15th of the current year unless utilizing monthly payment plan options, entitling APPLICANT to use The Strike Zone Facility within the scope of participation in the league as set forth by MVP4Life in agreement with The Strike Zone.

I acknowledge that I have read this document in its entirety and agree to all terms listed above.

Management of MVP4Life or The Strike Zone may suspend or cancel the rights, privileges, or membership of any applicant whose actions are detrimental to the enjoyment of The Strike Zone facilities or CORN BELT SUMMER BASEBALL LEAGUE by other members and applicants.
MVP4Life may, from time to time, change the rules or regulations governing the operations of MVP4Life and the CORN BELT SUMMER BASEBALL LEAGUE. Notice of these changes will be made available to members through normal means of communications.
The Applicant acknowledges and accepts the risks inherent in the use of MVP4Life/The Strike Zone services, facilities, and participation in the CORN BELT SUMMER BASEBALL LEAGUE. By use of The Strike Zone facilities, services and CORN BELT SUMMER BASEBALL LEAGUE Participation, the applicant hereby voluntarily assumes the risk of injury, accident, death, loss, cost, or damage to his or her personal property which might arise from the use of MVP4LIFE services, The Strike Zone facilities, or/and CORN BELT SUMMER BASEBALL LEAGUE Participation. The Applicant, his or her heirs, executors, representatives or assigns, hereby release MVP4Life & The Strike Zone from all claims or liabilities for personal injury or property damage of any kind, sustained by the applicant while on the premises of MVP4Life or off campus sites at which games or practices are being executed except for injuries or damage directly caused by the willful misconduct of the officers, employees, or agents of MVP4Life.
The purpose of this agreement is to insure that the Applicant understands the duties and responsibilities of CORN BELT SUMMER BASEBALL LEAGUE Participation. This is a legally binding agreement and if it is not understood by the Applicant, he or she could consult an attorney of his or her choice.
It is the responsibility of the APPLICANT to ensure that MVP4Life has proper information needed for participation.
PLAYER RELEASE STATEMENT: I hereby give my permission to MVP4Life CORN BELT SUMMER BASEBALL LEAGUE to provide medical attention to myself/my son in the event of injury or illness. I hereby release MVP4Life CORN BELT SUMMER BASEBALL LEAGUE, The Strike Zone, and all its employees from all claims (present or future) resulting from any injuries which may be sustained by myself while participating in MVP4Life CORN BELT SUMMER BASEBALL LEAGUE.
