Join the Corn Belt League’s Coaching Staff – 2026 Summer Season
Location: Omaha, NE | Duration: May 24^th – July 31^st, 2026

The Corn Belt League is entering its 11th summer and we’re looking for passionate coaches to lead our Omaha-based teams. With 8 teams, a 28-30 game schedule, and over 180 players from 60+ colleges nationwide, this is an opportunity to make an impact on the next generation of college baseball talent.

Why Coach in the CBL?

• Player-First Development: Focus on improving athletes while avoiding overuse. Many players who play in the CBL are freshmen, sophomores, or redshirts looking for competitive reps as they compete for a starting spot on their respective teams.
• Local Schedule: All games are played in Omaha with minimal travel giving players more time develop, work summer jobs, and enjoy their summer experience.
• Competitive Summer Pay & Housing: $4,000-$6,000. Free housing provided and additional income potential through working summer camps and private lessons at the Strike Zone facility.

Coach Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a CBL team, helping players develop their skills over the summer months.
• Must be able to recruit ONLY 5–8 core players for your team. The league fills remaining roster spots to ensure all teams are competitive.
• Be available from last week of May to first week of August
