This contract is a written agreement that the host family will provide a key to the house, room with a bed, place to park their vehicle and two meals per day to the student athlete for the duration of the student athlete’s season. Arrival and departure dates are subjected to change but the student athlete is responsible for contacting the host family 48 hours before arrival and departure. House rules are up to the host family’s discretion however the Strike Zone/MVP4Life is not liable for the student athlete at any time after arrival.

MVP4Life partners with the Strike Zone to run the Corn Belt Summer Collegiate Baseball League. The student athlete will have approximately 30 afternoon/night games through the summer and some will run late in the night making the student athlete return at all different hours. The student athlete, along with the host family is given a full membership to the Strike Zone which entitles them both to full access to the weight room, pitching mound, tunnels and batting cages along with 15% off all merchandise.

The student athlete will also have the choice of working full time, part time or not at all as well as the option of taking a summer courses. After the form is filled out, signed and dated- the host family is agreeing to partner with MVP4Life to host a student athlete for the duration of the Corn Belt League season.
